I’ve spent my career turning sharp insights into big, brave creative that makes people laugh, cry, or finally get it.
Always strategic. Never boring.
I’ve partnered with brilliant art directors, helped talented creatives grow into strong leaders, and held the brand line (gently but firmly) with that guy in product. You know the one.
Lately I’ve been guiding teams through the messy, exciting intersection of creativity and AI, figuring out how to use these tools with purpose, not panic. I believe AI can spark new ideas, uncover insights faster, and make room for deeper, more human storytelling. The key is knowing when to lean on it and when to trust your gut.
I also partner closely across disciplines to build creative testing frameworks that connect art and analytics. Because the best creative isn’t just beautiful — it’s intentional, optimized, and built to perform.
I love building teams, nurturing small ideas into big ones, and creating space for creatives to do their best work, whether that’s brainstorming with a room full of humans or experimenting with a model that might just surprise us.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me lurking in a local thrift store, plotting an escape to the high desert, or walking my rescue pups around Lake Merritt.
